Terms of service

These terms cover Clair’s Circle, operated by Illuminati Gaming LLC. Owner: Reese Ramirez. Contact: support@claircircle.com. By using the studio, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Purchase terms also include the Refund Policy and applicable Lemon Squeezy buyer terms.

The product

Clair’s Circle provides access to premade creator software, character scenes and interactive entertainment tools. You may configure available settings. Human consultations, commissioned content and bespoke development are not included. Feature availability and preview limits are described on the product page.

Accounts and permitted use

You must be at least 18 and eligible to use the connected platforms. Provide accurate account details and protect access to your account and keys. One studio subscription is for your use, not resale or shared access for unrelated creators. You may display the included character scenes in your own broadcasts while authorized to use the software. You may not redistribute the software or asset files as standalone products, impersonate others, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or use the app unlawfully.

Subscriptions and charges

One platform costs $19/month, any two $29/month and all three $39/month, in USD, plus applicable taxes. When real checkout opens, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, receipts and subscription payments. Cancel future renewals through the billing portal or contact support if it is unavailable. Cancellation normally preserves access to the end of the paid period; a refund may end access sooner. Test purchases do not grant paid access or create real charges. Material pricing changes will be communicated before applying to a future renewal.

Your providers and audience

You supply the required provider keys and platform accounts and are responsible for their charges and permissions. Platform gifts and other paid events are handled by those platforms, separately from our subscription. Make your audience-facing pricing, AI use and entertainment purpose clear. Use only content, music and voices you have permission to use, and give appropriate notice about audience data processing. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

Entertainment and availability

Generated content can be inaccurate and should be reviewed. Readings, spells and random numbers do not guarantee outcomes or replace medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. The app does not provide wagering or prizes. No audience size, platform approval or income is promised. Connections and delivery depend on external services and may be interrupted. We may update the product or suspend misuse; we will address paid-access problems through support and the refund policy.

Resolving issues

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve concerns. California law governs these terms, except where the mandatory consumer protections of your location apply. Nothing here prevents you from exercising non-waivable rights.

Your rights

You retain rights you hold in your submitted content. You permit us and the processors described in our privacy policy to process it to provide the requested functions. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support for account closure, complaints or questions.
