Is this a subscription?
No. This founding vault is a one-time purchase. Monthly themed vaults are the plan; future dates and subscription details will be announced separately. You won’t be enrolled or charged automatically.
Who is Clair?
Clair is our AI oracle character. Her artwork, shared reading, and ritual guide are created with AI for reflection and entertainment. Everyone receives the same founding message.
A moment from the ritual
Sit comfortably, hold your stone, and take a quiet moment. Repeat this affirmation three times:
“I return to this moment.
I welcome a new beginning.
I take one steady step.”
Then ask yourself: what small beginning can I make today? The included guide has the full practice. No smoke or flame is needed.
Shipping & caring for your box
US shipping is $8. Orders leave California within 5 business days of payment. USPS Ground Advantage transit is typically another 2–5 business days within the contiguous US; Alaska, Hawaii, and remote destinations can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Natural stones vary in shape, size, and color. If you burn the candle, sage, or palo santo, follow the product instructions, use an appropriate heat-resistant holder, and never leave it unattended.
Returns & seller details
Physical mystery boxes are sold and fulfilled by Amber Ramirez. Clair’s Circle is the storefront; digital membership is a separate purchase. Questions or cancellations: support@claircircle.com.
Cancellations and returns
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After shipping, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Natural variation in stones is not a defect.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or the expected delivery date for a missing order. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging. Choose a replacement, subject to availability, or a full refund including shipping and applicable tax. You will not pay return postage for these issues.
