Refund & cancellation policy

This policy covers Clair’s Circle software subscriptions operated by Illuminati Gaming LLC. Contact support@claircircle.com with your account email and order reference. Never send card details or API keys.

First subscription payment

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.

Renewals and service problems

Renewal refunds are reviewed for billing errors or service problems. Contact us promptly with the affected payment and a description of the issue. We will assess the request and explain the outcome. Mandatory refund rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Cancel future renewals

Use the subscription billing portal to cancel before your next renewal. If it is unavailable, contact support for assistance. Cancellation alone does not refund earlier payments and normally preserves access through the paid period. A refund may revoke subscription access earlier.

Payment handling

Subscription refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy and normally returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds under its own buyer terms and policies. See its refund information.

Separate costs

OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Euler Stream and other third-party charges are billed by those providers. Platform gifts, Bits and Super Chats are handled by their respective platforms. This subscription policy does not refund those transactions; contact the relevant provider. Restoring an internal reading balance is not a refund of a platform payment.

Preview mode

Test checkout does not charge real money. No real subscription payments are currently accepted while store activation and launch checks remain pending.
